| Menzi Muck is also able to demonstrate its versatility in water supply and distribution. With the environment in mind, biologically-degradable hydraulic oil is used when working in bodies of water. Depending on water depth or ground, a variety of attachments can be used to create the requisite conditions for safe and efficient working. That said, the flexible chassis or 4x4 Plus version are often sufficient for conventional tasks in or around bodies of water.

Basic equipment for water depths of up to two metres
The Menzi Muck is able to work in streams and waterways up to two metres deep without the need for additional equipment. In such applications, the all-wheel version with four huge wheels (the Menzi Muck A91 4x4 plus) boasts drive quality and optimum weight distribution that are second to none .

The mobile all-purpose excavator is able to negotiate larger obstacles easily. The flexible chassis can adapt to the unevenness of the ground.

Deep water equipment
The deep water equipment enables the Menzi Muck to work in bodies of water up to 4500 mm deep. The chassis is extended with adjustable stabilisers for this purpose. The Menzi Muck moves in the water by pushing and pulling via the excavator arm.

On ship caissons
Caissons can be used to turn the Menzi Muck into a dredger. The buoys, which are dimensioned in accordance with machine weight, provide the necessary buoyancy. Used in conjunction with the deep water equipment, the Menzi Muck can also be mounted on caissons.
